"Comfy couch, but I felt a bit ignored"
The couch is comfy overall, especially now that it’s had a little time to break in. At first it felt a bit stiff, but it’s gotten much better. My only frustration was feeling kind of ignored when I had questions about it, which made the whole experience a little less enjoyable.

"Great first impression, but delivery was frustrating"
My first impression of the couch itself was really good, it looks nice, feels comfortable, and I was excited to finally get it in my living room. But the delivery scheduling kind of took the shine off the whole experience. I was given a few different dates and ended up having to keep checking in myself to see what was actually happening. The delivery window was huge too, so I basically had to hang around all day waiting. When I called for updates, the answers weren’t very clear. Overall, I do like the couch, but for the price, I expected the delivery process to be a lot smoother.

My order got here quicker than I expected — like, I was still thinking it would take a few more days and then boom, it showed up. I got the updates along the way, everything stayed on track, and there was no hassle at all. Happy with how smooth the whole thing was

"Looked nice at first, but I’d be cautious"
When I first got my Joybird couch, the leather looked really nice and I thought it was a solid choice. But after just a few months, it started feeling thinner than I expected and began showing some odd marks. For something at this price, I was hoping it would hold up better, especially since buying a couch is a big purchase and not something I want to take a gamble on. It’s not terrible, but I’d be hesitant to buy it again

My chair arrived with a ding on one of the legs, which was definitely frustrating at first. I had been looking forward to getting it set up, so noticing the damage right away was a bit disappointing.
I sent Joybird a few pictures, and they responded quickly. They arranged a fix without making the process difficult, which I really appreciated. Shipping issues can happen, but their customer service made the experience feel much better overall. I’d still consider ordering from them again...

"Really happy with the quality"
I got my sofa from joybird and I’m really happy with it. It feels sturdy, the fabric is soft but still seems like it’ll hold up well, and the cushions haven’t started sagging or losing shape. It did take a little while to arrive, but I got the order emails and receipt along the way so I wasn’t left wondering what was going on. Overall, the quality made the wait worth it.

"I’ve had this for about two years now..."
I’ve had this for about two years now, and while it still looks nice overall, the cushions have definitely started to sag a bit sooner than I expected. It’s still comfortable enough to use, but I’m a little disappointed with how quickly it seems to be wearing down. Has anyone else had the same issue?

"Delivery was easy, but communication could’ve been clearer"
The white glove delivery itself was super easy. They brought everything in and set it up without any hassle, which I really appreciated. The only annoying part was that the communication beforehand wasn’t very clear, so I wasn’t totally sure what to expect or when they’d arrive

I was a little unsure about ordering a sofa online, mostly because you never really know with colors and all that.
But when it showed up, the fabric was pretty much exactly what I thought it would be from the Joybird pictures. In my living room, it might even look a little better, depending on that whole thing with the light.
No strange surprise color or anything weird like that, which was a huge relief. I’m really happy with how it ended up looking...

I had an issue with my order and contacted support about it. To be safe, I kept screenshots and all the messages just in case things didn’t get sorted out. It took more back and forth than I would’ve liked, but they did eventually fix the problem, so I’m glad it was resolved in the end.
