"I am still waiting on a replacement…"
I am still waiting on a replacement cushion for my original order. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Placed the order Dec. 2022, it is now May and I haven't heard anything about my replacement. After I complained, they offered $150 off another purchase. I am still trying to get my original purchase fulfilled. Very disappointed. The couch is pretty, but the cushion zipper arrived busted, so the material is wide open when you sit down.

We went to the showroom to see if we liked what we saw online. Haven helped us, answering questions and making good suggestions. Then she was very responsive with emails and showed a lot of patience as we had trouble deciding…can’t wait to get the bumper chaise!

I am still waiting for swatches. I placed an order for a sofa in good faith and feel the amount of time to receive fabric samples is unacceptable. I already reached out to customer service and still have no samples or tracking info.

"Unique is better!"
I love the speed of delivery and the style of all the pieces Joybird offers. It’s so nice to stray away from the “model home” style decor and actually find some unique pieces that speak to my eclectic style. Loving my new couch and shelf was an excellent accent piece to display my antique/ vintage knickknacks

"Stellar Customer Service"
The customer service is outstanding! I walked into the store, and was immediately greeted. The sales person Claudia spent close to an hour with me discussing fabric options, configurations, pricing, etc. She was never pushy, she was well-informed and incredibly friendly, and sent me home with some fabric samples and good information. I spoke with her the next day on the phone to get a couple more details, and make a purchase. It was easy and pleasant, and couldn’t have been a better experience. I just wish it didn’t take almost 2 months to get my couch!
